About Junk Removal at ClearPath
Colorado Springs junk jobs have their own quirks. Older Old Colorado City and Westside homes have narrow stairwells and detached garages, so a sofa or a chest freezer has to come out by hand. Broadmoor and Skyway hillside lots mean long carries from a lower level up to the street. We plan for all of it before the trailer shows up.
What it costs to think about: pricing runs by volume — how much space your stuff takes in the trailer — plus weight for heavy material like concrete, tile, or dirt. Bulky-but-light loads (patio furniture, cardboard, playsets) price better than they look. Long carries, stairs, and disassembly are part of the job, not a surprise line item. We quote upfront from a photo you text or a quick look on site, and you approve the number before we touch anything.
How fast we get there: we run up I-25 from Pueblo West daily and stage crews in the Springs, so most jobs south and central — Fountain, Security-Widefield, Stratmoor, downtown, and the Powers corridor — are same-day or next-morning. North end runs toward Monument and Black Forest usually land next-day. If you're on an HOA deadline, a closing date, or a dumpster fine, tell us when you call and we'll work backward from it.
