HOW MUCH DOES JUNK REMOVAL COST IN PUEBLO?

Junk removal pricing is murky on purpose — most national chains hide their prices behind 'we'll quote on-site' so they can size you up before they quote. ClearPath does it differently. Here's exactly what the most common Pueblo junk jobs cost, straight from a local crew that's done thousands of them.

Single Items: $75–$150

A single piece of furniture (couch, recliner, dresser), a mattress and box spring, or a single appliance. Most national chains charge $150–$250 for the same job. We typically come in lower because we're family-owned, no franchise fees, no corporate overhead. Hot tubs are not in this category — see below.

Truckload (Quarter to Full): $150–$650

Quarter trailer: $150–$250. A few pieces of furniture, maybe a mattress, a TV, some boxes.

Half trailer: $250–$425. A garage corner, an apartment-worth of stuff, or 2-3 large items.

Three-quarter trailer: $425–$550. A loaded garage, a small mover-leftover load, or yard debris cleanup.

Full trailer: $550–$650. Most full garage cleanouts land here. We use 7-ton dump trailers, so 'full' is a real full.

Hot Tub Removal: $250–$600

Depends on size, access, and condition. A small two-person tub in an easy backyard runs $250–$350. A large six-person tub with a deck or narrow side-yard access runs $450–$600. We disassemble, drain, haul, and dispose properly — fully insured.

Full Garage Cleanout: $400–$1,200

Average Pueblo garage cleanout is $500–$800. Big lots, hoarder situations, or garages with hazardous materials (paint, chemicals) push to the upper end. We sort, lift, haul, and sweep the space clean.

Estate / Whole-House Cleanout: $1,200–$5,000+

Two-bedroom condo: $1,200–$2,000. Single-family home: $2,000–$3,500. Hoarder home or large estate: $3,500–$5,000+. We work at your pace, handle donations to Pueblo charities at no extra charge, and treat every situation with respect.

Yard Debris Haul-Off: $200–$650

Single load of branches and brush from a windstorm: $200–$300. Acre-lot brush clearing: $400–$650 with skid steer. Old fence tear-down + haul: $300–$500 depending on length.

What's NOT in the price (and what is)

Always included: all labor, all dump fees, all disposal/recycling fees, sweep-out of the space, donation drop-off if you want it.

NOT included: emergency same-hour service ($50 surcharge if we route a truck immediately), really hazardous chemicals (we'll redirect you to the right service), or vehicle removal (we do that — see junk car removal — but it's quoted separately).
