JUNK REMOVAL AND CLEANING NEAR ME

The phrase covers three genuinely different jobs, and conflating them is how people end up paying twice.

• Junk removal — labor plus a truck plus dump fees. Two people carry it out, it leaves, you get the floor back.
• Broom-clean / trash-out — junk removal plus sweeping, vacuuming loose debris, and bagging the small stuff. This is the standard for [foreclosure and eviction cleanouts](/services/foreclosure-eviction-cleanout-pueblo) and most real estate turnovers.
• Detail cleaning — appliances degreased, bathrooms scrubbed, windows, floors mopped. Priced per hour or per square foot by a cleaning company, typically $0.12–$0.20/sq ft locally, or $45–$65/hour per cleaner.
