• Scheduling window: most Springs shops slot Pueblo West into a single weekly run, so a Tuesday call can mean a Friday visit — 3 to 5 business days
• Parts wait: 2–10 business days for a non-stocked control board, during which the appliance sits in your kitchen

That's a realistic $135–$245 out of pocket before a single part is installed, plus a week without a refrigerator. Pueblo and Pueblo West repair techs typically charge $65–$110 for the same diagnostic with no trip fee. Call local first. If nobody local works on your brand — some Sub-Zero, Viking, and newer LG inverter systems genuinely require factory-authorized service — then the Springs trip fee is money well spent.
